Ensign
Dodger Anderson
Dodger
Anderson joined the ranks of Lord Hopton's Regiment in the late 80's and
immediately made his name as somebody who enjoyed making the musket go
bang.....extremely loudly, so much so that both he and the report were often
confused with some of the smaller cannon that appeared at that time!
Was promoted through the ranks of Lanspressado, Corporal and Sergeant within about 5 years until he finally made it to the heady heights of flag waver in 1999. During this time, and to date, Dodger has put on numerous events firstly in his native Kent before getting the bug and arranging Living History Displays in Farnham, Surrey as well as his new home land of Somerset.
Always willing to try out new fangled ideas at musters, his latest invention which comprises of a tent, a transit van and a shower is something to be ogled at, though probably not into!
Silver Griffined some years ago for all his sterling work which includes 'the annual witterer of the year' award for his ramblings at Cheriton and less coherently in the bar late at night.
As old age creeps up on Dodge we can just see the first spots of tawny come ginger creeping through his otherwise perfect mane of fine gray locks, but never one to let adversary go to his head, he always cuts a fine figure in the evening, dressing resplendently, though acting roguishly.
