Despite
the ridiculous looking figure you see on the the left we have in Grant an extremely
experienced NCO who was initially in the Society in the very early days before
taking a break in the 80s/90s only to return with a vengeance about 1995?
Has been responsible for many a mini muster as well as larger events in his home county of Devon in both of his spells with Hopton's.
Grant will very likely be the person who drags you out before drill starts in order to teach you the correct way of doing things with a pike. He'll willingly teach you a way of loading the musket but in all fairness it may not come from any of the drill manuals that I've ever read.
